Our Members
Members
of the Firm have handled cases and represented clients in all state
courts, from district court level to the Courts of Civil Appeals and
Criminal Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and in all federal
courts, from the district courts through the Court of Appeals to and
including the United States Supreme Court.
Members of the Firm
current and past have served as President or Chairman of the local Bar
Association, Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Salvation Army, County
Democratic and Republican Party Committees, Veterans of Foreign Wars
and Boy Scouts of America.
In addition to Attorney General
current and past members of the Firm have been US Magistrate, Mayor,
Councilmen, County Attorney, Chairman of the Oklahoma Securities
Commission and Presidential Elector. Firm members have degrees in
Business, Chemistry, Finance, History, Journalism, Mathematics,
Physics, Political Science, Public Administration and, of course, Law.
Firm
members have received those degrees from or have attended Central State
University, North Carolina State University, Northwestern
Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City University, Olivet Nazarene
College, Phillips University, Tabor College, Trinity College, the University of Delaware, the University of
Maryland, the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University and
the University of Tulsa.
Past and present Firm members have
served in the U.S. Army and Air Force during World War II and the
Vietnam War in many capacities including combat pilot and member of the
Army’s Green Berets.
