Blake Hulse was born in
Blackwell,
Oklahoma and raised in
Enid, Oklahoma.
He received a Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Oklahoma in 2005.
While receiving his education, Blake was a
member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and served as a member of the Executive
Board.
Additionally, Blake spent six
months in
Spain
immersing himself in the Spanish language and culture.
Blake received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in May 2009. As a law student, Blake made the Deans Honor
Roll and was a staff member of the Tulsa Journal of International and Comparative
Law. In the Fall of 2007, Blake
spent a semester in London
attending lectures primarily focused on International and Comparative Law.
After graduating law school, Blake and his wife Sara relocated
to Enid. Blake was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in September of 2009 and is admitted to practice
in all state courts in Oklahoma. Along with the practice of law, Blake is an
active member of Enid Noon Ambucs.
