Tim
DeClerck was born in Enid, Oklahoma, on November 15, 1956. He received
a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1980 and a
Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1983.
He
was admitted to the Bar in Oklahoma in 1983 and is admitted to practice
before the United States District Court for the Western District of
Oklahoma and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the
Garfield County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations, and the Phi
Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
Tim is active in the Boy Scouts of
America Cub Scout program. He is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of
the Tri-State Music Festival, Inc. Tim is a founding board member of
the Alpha Respite Care Center, Inc., a respite care center serving care
givers of persons with dementia related disorders.
Formerly, Tim
served as an active member of the Delivery of Legal Services to the
Elderly Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the American Bar
Association.
