Mitchell & DeClerck, PLLC has been in continuous existence for well over 100 years having been established before Oklahoma statehood in 1906 by the Percy C. Simons, Attorney General of Oklahoma Territory.

Simons first started to practice law in Oklahoma in 1893 when he made one of the first Oklahoma Land Runs into the Cherokee Outlet.

We are the oldest law firm in Enid, Oklahoma by nearly a century, while also one of the oldest law firms in the state of Oklahoma. We take great pride in a century of service to our clients, community and state.

For many decades the Firm and many of its members have held the highest possible "A" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

The Firm has long been listed in the "Bar Register" of preeminent law Firms in the United States and "Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys." During the last century, approximately 35 lawyers have been partners in the Firm. Presently the Firm’s members have nearly two centuries of combined legal experience.

Mitchell DeClerck occupies its own two story building constructed in the art deco style in the 1930’s and restored to its original condition in the 1980’s.

The structure is conveniently located directly across the street from both the Garfield County and United States Courthouses in downtown Enid, Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City Bricktown Office

The Firm has established an office in the Bricktown Area near downtown Oklahoma City at #7 Mickey Mantle Drive immediately across the street to the West from the Bricktown Ballpark.

Our Bricktown Office is conveniently located within a few blocks of the United States Courthouse and the Oklahoma County Courthouse in downtown, Oklahoma City as well as five minutes from the Oklahoma State Capital.
