Forrest
DeVaughn was born in Enid, Oklahoma, on November 8, 1974. He attended
Oklahoma State University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
He subsequently received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University
of Tulsa College of Law and is admitted to practice before all state
courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and
Western Districts of Oklahoma.
He served as a research assistant
for the Matthew Bender Corporate Law Treatise and is a member of the
Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity and the Garfield, Oklahoma and
American Bar Associations.
