Mitchell DeClerck has been in continuous existence for over 100 years with our predecessor having been established in 1906 by the Percy C. Simons, Attorney General of Oklahoma Territory.  Simons first started practicing law in Oklahoma in 1893 in Pond Creek, Oklahoma when he made one of the Oklahoma Land Runs.

We are the oldest law firm in Enid, Oklahoma by nearly a century and also one of the oldest law firms in the state of Oklahoma.  The history of our Firm and its membership follows:
